At TMA Vatsalya, we believe that true service begins where ego ends and empathy begins. This wing of TMA is a heartfelt expression of my lifelong commitment to serve with love, dignity, and selflessness—especially to those who are often forgotten, unheard, or unseen.

As a medical doctor, a pediatrician, and a Miss India Earth, Dr.TMs path has taken her from operating rooms to orphanages, from rural medical camps to urban slums, and from stages of influence to streets of need. But in all these places, one truth stands tall—humanity thrives on kindness.

Through TMA Vatsalya, we have led and participated in numerous service initiatives, including:

• 🩺 Free medical camps in underserved rural areas, with a special focus on women and child health

• 🎒 School mentorship programs and motivational sessions for children in government and low-income schools

• 🧥 Clothing and essentials donation drives for tribal families, orphanages, and street shelters

• 🍲 Food and nutrition support for children and elderly in slums and remote villages

• 🧽 Cleanliness drives and hygiene education campaigns

• 📚 Counseling, mentorship, and emotional support to children facing abuse, neglect, or grief

• 🌸 Festival celebrations with orphaned and terminally ill children, bringing joy and dignity into their lives
